Profile of the Public Enterprise: Integrated Transport of the Žilina Region, Ltd. is, according to Section 7, Paragraph 1 letter d) of Act No. 343/2015 Z. z. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “PPA”), the public contracting authority is obliged to use the procedures pursuant to this Act when awarding contracts for the supply of goods, the performance of construction works and the provision of services.
