Je potrebná registrácia na používanie aplikácie?

Yes, after downloading the application, it is necessary to complete a basic registration, in which the user enters their first name, last name, login email and password. This basic registration allows you to purchase all types of tickets except subscriptions.

Ako si môžem kúpiť predplatný cestovný lístok?

To purchase season tickets, it is necessary to complete an extended registration. This includes filling in personal data (name, surname, city and date of birth), selecting a fare category and verifying identity by uploading a photo of your face. If the user is claiming a discount, they must also upload the relevant documents confirming their discounted fare category.

Môžem si uplatniť zľavu v aplikácii?

The discount in the IDS PLUS mobile application can be applied by children aged six to eighteen, pupils and students up to twenty-six, seniors aged sixty-three and over, and persons with severe disabilities who hold ŤZP or ŤZP-S cards.

Aké cestovné lístky si môžem kúpiť v aplikácii IDS PLUS?

A wide range of tickets can be purchased in the application, including single-use 60-minute tickets for multiple cities, single-use tickets for the entire Žilina region, 24-hour tickets for selected cities, 24- and 72-hour regional tickets, and after completing advanced registration, subscription tickets for 30, 90 or 365 days.

Ako môžem zaplatiť za lístky?

Payment can be made in three ways: using credit topped up directly in the application, via Apple Pay or Google Pay, or by paying with a payment card, the details of which can be saved for future purchases for convenience.

Kde nájdem zakúpené lístky a ako ich použijem?

Purchased tickets will be displayed in the Tickets section among active tickets. After opening a specific ticket, the user will be shown a QR code, which is used to identify themselves at the check-in. If the user has purchased multiple tickets, one QR code will be sufficient at the check-in, as it contains information about all purchased tickets.

Ako sa preukazujem pri cestovaní regionálnym autobusom?

A ticket must be purchased before boarding. When boarding a regional bus, the passenger informs the driver of their exit stop and the information that they have purchased a ticket in a QR code. The driver then sets up a QR code check and the passenger places the phone display against the reader, ideally in a vertical position. After successful reading, an audible signal will sound and the passenger can continue on without receiving a paper ticket.

Ako sa preukazujem pri cestovaní vlakom?

You must purchase a ticket before boarding. When traveling by train, you only show your QR code in the event of a check, i.e. to an inspector or conductor.

Ako cestujem s QR kódom v MHD?

The ticket must be purchased before boarding. In Žilina public transport, the QR code is used exclusively for identification during inspection. In Čadca and Kysucké Nové Mesto public transport, it is necessary to proceed in the same way as in the regional bus. In Martin public transport, the passenger places the mobile phone with the QR code on the reader when boarding. In Ružomberok, Liptovský Mikuláš and Dolný Kubín public transport, the procedure is the same as in the regional bus, but without the need to report the exit stop.

Yes, the application allows you to search for transport connections by specific stops, names of municipalities or even exact addresses. The user can turn on notifications for the departure of a connection, monitor its possible delays and, after finding a connection, can purchase a ticket directly through the application.
